The short version
Failed renders → credits auto-refunded instantly
Unused credits → full refund within 7 days of purchase
Partially used credits → pro-rata refund on unused portion
No refunds after 7 days
1. Automatic credit refunds
If an AI render fails for any reason (model error, timeout, etc.), the credit cost is automatically returned to your balance within seconds. You do not need to contact us.
2. Cash refunds
We offer cash refunds within 7 days of purchase if you have not used any credits from that purchase. If you have used some credits, we will refund the proportional value of unused credits.
To request a refund, email hello@renov8er.com with your payment ID (visible in purchase history). We process refunds within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
3. Non-refundable cases
- Refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase
- Credits fully consumed
- Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
