1. Acceptance
By using Renov8er you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
Renov8er provides AI-generated interior design visualisations. Outputs are illustrative concepts — they are not architectural drawings, structural advice, or contractor quotes. Do not use AI renders as a substitute for professional design consultation.
3. Credits and payments
- Credits are non-transferable and tied to your account.
- Credits do not expire.
- Failed renders are automatically refunded to your credit balance.
- We do not offer cash refunds except as required by law (see Refund Policy).
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload images containing explicit, illegal, or harmful content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code, architecture, AI models, prompts, training data, or rendering pipeline of the service
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract data, images, copy, design patterns, or workflow elements from the service by any automated or manual means without prior written authorisation from Renov8er
- Clone, copy, mirror, or substantially imitate the service's features, user interface, workflows, or visual design for the purpose of building a competing product
- Use the service's output (renders, cost estimates, copy) to train, fine-tune, or benchmark third-party AI models without express written consent
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent the rate limits, authentication gates, bot-detection systems, or watermarking applied to the service
- Resell AI renders without disclosing they are AI-generated
- Use the service to generate misleading property listings
Violation of any clause above is grounds for immediate account termination, forfeiture of any unused credits or paid balances, and pursuit of injunctive relief and damages under applicable Indian intellectual property and computer-misuse law (Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Copyright Act, 1957).
5. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. AI-generated renders are yours to use for personal and commercial projects. We may use anonymised render thumbnails for product improvement and marketing unless you opt out via email.
6. Limitation of liability
Renov8er is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
